Council ?Minutes of 12/4/84 -5- LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 84-100 introduced by Tor. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement, under the supervision of the Director of Transportation, and declaring an emergency. Tor. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Petrigac, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84-100 adopted. Resolution No. 84-106 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 1985, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Resolution No. $4-106 adopted. Resolution No. 84-107 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to make application to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicel $5.00 License Tax Funds for reimbursement of ineligible costs to the State of Ohio, for the completed construction of the Butternut Ridge Road bridge over Interstate Route 480, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 84-107 adopted. Ordinance No. 84-108 introduced by P4r. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1984. Mr. Wilamosky moved to table Ordinance No. 84-108, second by Mr. O'Grady. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Petrigac, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote; Bierman. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Ordinance No. 84-108 tabled. Ordinance No. 84-109 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Amsted to establish no stopping or parking zones on the fire hydrant sides of Hampton Drive, Devon Drive, Berkshire Drive, Tudor Drive, Alden Drive, Douglas Drive, Ever- green Drive ,and Willet Drive. Ordinance No. 84-111 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to establish no stopping or parking zones on the fire hydrant side of Westview Drive, from Lorain Road south to Linda Drive. Resolution No. 84-112 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for new tires and tubes for use by the City, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 84-113 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance reducing the current and future salaries of employees of the City con- tributing to the Public Employees' Retirement System "PERS" by an amount equal to the employee's contribution to "PERS" and further directing the Finance Director to pay the reduced proceeds into the Public Employees' Retirement Fund, and declaring an emergency.
