<br />Council ?Minutes of 12/4/84 <br />-5- <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 84-100 introduced by Tor. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter <br />of the hereinafter described improvement, under the supervision of the Director of <br />Transportation, and declaring an emergency. Tor. Wilamosky moved for adoption, <br />second by Mrs. Petrigac, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84-100 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 84-106 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County <br />General Health District for the year 1985, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Resolution No. <br />$4-106 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 84-107 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor to make application to the Cuyahoga <br />County Board of Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County Motor Vehicel $5.00 <br />License Tax Funds for reimbursement of ineligible costs to the State of Ohio, for the <br />completed construction of the Butternut Ridge Road bridge over Interstate Route 480, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierman, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 84-107 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-108 introduced by P4r. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1984. Mr. Wilamosky moved <br />to table Ordinance No. 84-108, second by Mr. O'Grady. Roll call on motion: <br />Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Petrigac, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote; <br />Bierman. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Ordinance No. 84-108 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 84-109 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Amsted <br />to establish no stopping or parking zones on the fire hydrant sides of Hampton <br />Drive, Devon Drive, Berkshire Drive, Tudor Drive, Alden Drive, Douglas Drive, Ever- <br />green Drive ,and Willet Drive. <br />Ordinance No. 84-111 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />establish no stopping or parking zones on the fire hydrant side of Westview Drive, <br />from Lorain Road south to Linda Drive. <br />Resolution No. 84-112 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for new <br />tires and tubes for use by the City, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-113 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance reducing the current and future salaries of employees of the City con- <br />tributing to the Public Employees' Retirement System "PERS" by an amount equal to <br />the employee's contribution to "PERS" and further directing the Finance Director <br />to pay the reduced proceeds into the Public Employees' Retirement Fund, and declaring <br />an emergency.
