,. <br />Council Minutes of 10/2/84 -5- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 84-84 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees employed <br />by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. $4-86 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance consenting to the maintenance and repair of certain streets and roads <br />by the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Resolution No. 84-87 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizin?-the Airector of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,000 tons of cinders and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Resolution No. $4-88 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,500 tons of road salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and de- <br />claring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-89 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance ratifying and confirming the hiring of Boss Construction Incorporated for <br />the purpose of repairing Country Club Boulevard in the amount of $8,103.90,. which <br />amount exceeds the bid limitation, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved <br />for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously <br />approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 84-89 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-91 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 915 of the Codified Ordinances en- <br />titled "User Charge System", and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-92 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing user charges for the use of waste water treatment services of <br />the North Olmmted Sewage Treatment Utility, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 84-93 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other ex- <br />penditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, <br />1984, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-94 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the <br />Cuyahoga County Sanitary Sewer District to purchase a used trailer-mounted sewer <br />vacuum unit, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-95 introduced by rir. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of <br />North Olmsted, a fund known as "The Lorain Road - East Fund", and declaring an <br />emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. Bierman stated that at the last council meeting, Ordinance No. 84-65 was given <br />its third reading. It was moved and seconded to table the ordinance, however the <br />vote was three aye and two nay and therefore the motion failed, not passed, since <br />it required a majority vote of all members elected to Council. Mr. Bierman moved <br />Council reconsider Ordinance No. 84-65, second by Mr. Rademaker. <br /> <br />
