~~ <br />' Couneil Minutes of 6/17/84 _5_ <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 84-62 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 549.10 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Sale of <br />Fireworks" of Chapter 549 entitled "Weapons and Explosives", and declaring an emer- <br />gency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-63 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1984, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-64 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac and Mr.s. Beringer was given its <br />second reading. An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the <br />City of .North Olmsted of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of North <br />Olmsted by providing for a new section relating to the elimination of staggered <br />legislative-and administrative terms of office and providing for the terms of office <br />for all elected officials and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-65 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted <br />of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of North Olmsted by providing for <br />a new section relating to the forfeiture of office of elected officials under certain <br />circumstances, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-66 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance vacating a portion of a sanitary sewer easement located on property <br />occupied by St. Clarence Church and further accepting an easement from the Catholic <br />Diocese of Cleveland and/or St. Clarence Church for a relocated sanitary sewer, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three <br />readings, second by Mrs. Saringer. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: O'Grady, <br />Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman, Petrigac. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 84-66 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-67 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given-its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1174.06 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Rear Yard Re- <br />strictions" of Chapter 1174 entitled "Height and Area Regulations for Retail Business <br />Districts", as amended. Referred to Building, Zoning and Development Committee. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved that Finance Director Boyle present the Fiscal Officer's Certifi- <br />cates with respect to Ordinance Nos. 84-68, 84-69, 84-70 and 84-71, second by Mr. <br />O'Grady, unanimously approved. Finance Director Boyle presented specified documents. <br />Ordinance No. 84-68 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $3,050,000 notes, in anticipation of <br />the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping a <br />combined Bus Garage, Service Garage and Municipal Administration Building and improving <br />the site thereof, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 84-69 introduced by Mr. ?ailamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $350,000 notes, in anticipation of <br />® the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of purchasing trucks, automobiles and other <br />motorized equipment, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, for various <br />departments of the City, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />
