~~ ' Couneil Minutes of 6/17/84 _5_ LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 84-62 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 549.10 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Sale of Fireworks" of Chapter 549 entitled "Weapons and Explosives", and declaring an emer- gency. Ordinance No. 84-63 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1984, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 84-64 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac and Mr.s. Beringer was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of .North Olmsted of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of North Olmsted by providing for a new section relating to the elimination of staggered legislative-and administrative terms of office and providing for the terms of office for all elected officials and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 84-65 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of North Olmsted by providing for a new section relating to the forfeiture of office of elected officials under certain circumstances, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 84-66 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance vacating a portion of a sanitary sewer easement located on property occupied by St. Clarence Church and further accepting an easement from the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland and/or St. Clarence Church for a relocated sanitary sewer, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mrs. Saringer. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman, Petrigac. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84-66 adopted. Ordinance No. 84-67 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given-its first reading. An ordinance amending Section 1174.06 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Rear Yard Re- strictions" of Chapter 1174 entitled "Height and Area Regulations for Retail Business Districts", as amended. Referred to Building, Zoning and Development Committee. Mr. Wilamosky moved that Finance Director Boyle present the Fiscal Officer's Certifi- cates with respect to Ordinance Nos. 84-68, 84-69, 84-70 and 84-71, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Finance Director Boyle presented specified documents. Ordinance No. 84-68 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $3,050,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping a combined Bus Garage, Service Garage and Municipal Administration Building and improving the site thereof, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 84-69 introduced by Mr. ?ailamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $350,000 notes, in anticipation of ® the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of purchasing trucks, automobiles and other motorized equipment, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, for various departments of the City, and declaring an emergency.
