Council Minutes of 6/19/84 _5_ <br />Ordinance No. 84-8 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted <br />of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of North Olmsted relating to the <br />filling of a vacancy in Council, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 84-44 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowsky was given its second reading. <br />A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the Fiscal Year <br />beginning January 1, 1985, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and de- <br />claring an emorgency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-45 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 84-6, entitled "an ordinance to accept an easemont <br />for the installation and maintenance of a water line for the purpose of supplying <br />water service by the City of Cleveland to land owned by Great Northern Shopping <br />Center. <br />Resolution No. 84-46 .introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor or his duly authorized designate to represent <br />the City of North Olmsted on the Regional Water Council of Governments. <br />Ordinance No. 84-49 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing the Organizational Chart of the Building Department, <br />setting forth the complement of the Building Department and establishing the compen- <br />sation to be paid the employees of the Building Department and repealing Ordinance <br />No. 78-75 enacted June 20, 1978, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-52 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new Section 525.021 of the Codified Ordinances entitled <br />"Misidentification", of Chapter 525 entitled "Law Enforcement and Public Office". <br />Referred to Safety Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 84-53 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amonding the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />provide for traffic control at the intersection of Hickory Lane and Old Shore Drive <br />by the placement of three (3) stop signs, one on the southeast corner of Hickory <br />Lane and Old Shore Drive, one on the northeast corner and one on the southwest corner <br />of Old Shore Drive. Referred to Safety Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 84-54 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amonding the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted <br />to establish no stopping or parking zones on both sides of Christman Drive between <br />Sutton Drive and the I-480 right-of-way. Referred to Safety Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 84-55 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Public Service to advertise <br />for the renovation of the North Olmsted Old Town Hall, located at 5186 Dover Center <br />Road, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of rule re- <br />quiring three readings, second by Mr. Wilamosky. Roll call on motion: Affirmative <br />vote: O'Grady, Petrigac, Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: <br />Bierman. 6 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, second <br />by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84-55 adopted. <br />l__J <br />~~~ <br />
