Council Minutes of 6/19/84 _5_ Ordinance No. 84-8 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of North Olmsted relating to the filling of a vacancy in Council, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 84-44 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowsky was given its second reading. A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 1985, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and de- claring an emorgency. Ordinance No. 84-45 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 84-6, entitled "an ordinance to accept an easemont for the installation and maintenance of a water line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land owned by Great Northern Shopping Center. Resolution No. 84-46 .introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor or his duly authorized designate to represent the City of North Olmsted on the Regional Water Council of Governments. Ordinance No. 84-49 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the Organizational Chart of the Building Department, setting forth the complement of the Building Department and establishing the compen- sation to be paid the employees of the Building Department and repealing Ordinance No. 78-75 enacted June 20, 1978, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 84-52 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An ordinance adopting a new Section 525.021 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Misidentification", of Chapter 525 entitled "Law Enforcement and Public Office". Referred to Safety Committee. Ordinance No. 84-53 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An ordinance amonding the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to provide for traffic control at the intersection of Hickory Lane and Old Shore Drive by the placement of three (3) stop signs, one on the southeast corner of Hickory Lane and Old Shore Drive, one on the northeast corner and one on the southwest corner of Old Shore Drive. Referred to Safety Committee. Ordinance No. 84-54 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance amonding the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to establish no stopping or parking zones on both sides of Christman Drive between Sutton Drive and the I-480 right-of-way. Referred to Safety Committee. Ordinance No. 84-55 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Public Service to advertise for the renovation of the North Olmsted Old Town Hall, located at 5186 Dover Center Road, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of rule re- quiring three readings, second by Mr. Wilamosky. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Petrigac, Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman. 6 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84-55 adopted. l__J ~~~
