Council Minutes of 4/3/$4 -5- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 84--17 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 559 of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, entitled "False Alarms and Malfunctioning Alarm Systems". <br />Resolution No. 84-18 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />janitorial service for the Administrative wing of North Olmsted City Hall, and de- <br />claring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 84-21 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for <br />janitorial service for the North Olmsted Recreation Complex, and declarin; an <br />emergency. <br />Resolution No. 84-22 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for 500 cubic <br />yards of concrete for Service Department road repair needs, and authorizing the <br />Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 84-23 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading, A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Pub lic Service to advertise for bids for <br />1,800 gallons of highway and crosswalk paint for use by the Service Department, <br />and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 84-24 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,000 tons of stone for various Service Department needs, and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 84-25 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of City streets, and authorizing the Mayor <br />to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 84-20 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. <br />A resolution assuring the approval of the Council of the City of North Olmsted in <br />connection with the Industrial Pretreatment Program costs as outlined in Appendix C, <br />Section C.8, Administrative and Annual Program Costs, of the Pretreatment Program <br />documents, and authorirtng the Mayor to file the City's Industrial Pretreatment <br />Program with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-31 introduced by Mr. Bierman and Mr. O~Grady was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance changing the name of Reed Road from "Reed Road"' to <br />"Kenny Lane". <br />Ordinance No. 84-32 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, <br />which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing <br />the premises hereinafter described from Class B High-rise Business Office and <br />Professional District to General Retail Business District. <br />1 <br />J <br />
