An ordinance adopting the 1985 Codified Ordinances, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-92 adopted. Ordinance No. 85-102 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 85-103 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given. its first reading. An ordinance declaring an intention to issue Industrial Developnment Revenue Bonds, authorizing execution of agreement with Don and Doris Schmidt and Alan and Pauline Kaserman, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-103 adopted. Ordinance No. 85-104 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance establishing working conditions and benefits to be paid to the employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Resolution No. 85-105 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. A resolution to provide for the award of $4,000,000 Sanitary Sewerage System Improvement Bonds, $3,050,000 Municipal Building Bonds, $480,000 Street Improvement Bonds, Series 1985, $350,000 Equipment Bonds, $120,000 Department of Public Safety Equipment Bonds and $75,000 Telephone Equipment Bonds, and declar- ing an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 85-105 adopted. Ordinance No. 85-106 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 85-71 entitled, "an ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel for the year 1985, and declaring an emergency", by correcting various portions thereof, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 85-107 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An ordinance to resurface the existing pavement and perform miscellaneous work items on that portion of SR 252 (Columbia Road) within the City of North Olmsted, from SR 10 (Lorain Road) to the North Olmsted north corporation line. Total length being 1.15 miles more or less. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings and referral to committee, second by Mrs. Saringer, unani- mously approved. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unani- mously approved. Ordinance No. 85-107 adopted. Under New Business: Mrs. Petrigac scheduled a Transportation Committee Meeting for Wednesday night, October 2nd, at 7 o'clock and requested Director Copeland to be in attendance. Mr. Tallon scheduled a BZD Committee Meeting for Thursday, October 24th, at 7:30 P.M., and requested Building Commissioner Gundy and City Engineer Schaller to be in attendance.
