Council Minutes of 5/21./85 -6- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Resolution No. 85-41 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the construction of storm sewers and roadside drainage improvements along Butternut Ridge Road from the Lorain Road intersection eastward to the westerly terminus of the Dover Center Road Project as detailed in the Butternut Ridge Road Drainage Improvement Project Plans, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 85-41 adopted. Resolution No. 85-42 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the Sanitary Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation Program Phase A - manhole rehabilitation throughout the city as described in plans and specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Rademaker moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 85-42 adopted. Ordinance No. 85-43 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. An emergency ordinance enacted by the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement and to request cooperation by the County of Cuyahoga and the Department of Transportation, State of Ohio, as amended, in the grading, draining and paving of Clague Road from Mastick Road to the North Olmsted north corporation line. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-43 adopted. Resolution No. 85-44 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise and accept bids for sewer metering services on sanitary sewers throughout the city as part of the Sewer System Rehabilitation Program, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Rademaker moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 85-44 adopted. Ordinance No. 85-45 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with. the North Olmsted Fire Fighters Local 1267 I.A.F.F., which agreement is the collective bargaining agreement between the city and the North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-45 adopted. Ordinance No. 83-151 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the City Engineer and/or the Building Commissioner to permit and allow the temporary disconnection of roof downspouts from the main sewer and splash down of roof water directly upon the ground, and granting a temporary suspension of Section 917.02 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, and declar- ing an emergency. Ordinance No. 85-48 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31st, 19$5, as amended. Ordinance No. 85-50 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water main for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to the 7515 Company's Subdivision No. 2, and declaring an emergency. i
