Council Minutes of 4/2/85 -5- Mrs. Gemma Szabo, 30837 Bradley Road, asked why $4,800 of Revenue Sharing Funds had to be used for repair of the shelter at Bradley/Barton Park; what was wrong; this is a new building. Mr. Wilamosky advised that this expenditure was to repair the metal, roof-type structure - the shelter, not the rest room facility. Mr. Bill Lackey, 5782 Burns Road, on behalf of Community Council, thanked the Mayor for the legislation to start work on refurbishing the Community Cabin; thanked Mrs. Petrigac for including Community Council in the meeting to dis- cuss these repairs. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 85-21 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of the detached barn on Permanent Parcel No. 231-19-5, at 3691 Columbia Road, in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Petrigac, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-21 adopted. Ordinance No. 85-22 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of the detached barn/garage on Permanent Parcel No. 231-31-6, at 24262 Lorain Road, in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-22 adopted. Ordinance No. 85-23 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of the three (3) detached structures on Permanent Parcel No. 234-10-3 at 30993 Lorain, in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring. an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady,~unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-23 adopted. Resolution No. 85-25 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. A resolution opposing the proposed Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection and Maintenance Program for the State of Ohio. Resolution No. 85-26 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. A resolution urging General Motors to locate its Saturn Division in Ohio, and further urging it give Cuyahoga County preferable consideration. Resolution No. 85-27 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of City streets, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 85-28 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,500 gallons of highway and crosswalk paint for use by the Service Department, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 85-29 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading.
