A <br />resolution objecting to the proposed rate increase being requested by the Ohio Bell <br />Telephone Company, and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, <br />second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 85-10 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-14 introduced by Mr. [Jilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Mayor., City of North <br />Olmsted, for the term of office commencing January 1, 1986, and ending December 31, <br />19$9, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-14 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-15 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the Director of Law of the <br />City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 1986, and ending <br />December 31, 1989, and declaring an emergency.. An <br />ordinance amending_Chapter 533 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Obscenity and <br />Sex Offenses" by including therein a new Section 533.14 entitled "Possession of <br />Child Pornography", as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 85-12 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 739 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Gasoline Service <br />Stations" by adding thereto a new Section 739.03 entitled "Air Pumps Required". <br />Ordinance No. 85-13 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted <br />of an amendment to Section 2 of Article IX of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted <br />to provide that Primary Elections be held at the same time as that designated by the <br />State of Ohio, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 85-20 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1985.
