A resolu- <br />tion accepting for recording purposes only the 7515 Company Subdivision 210. 2, in <br />the City of North Olmsted, and repealing Resolution No. 81-14. Mr. Tallon moved <br />for adoption. Mrs. Petrigac then asked if an access road to Columbia Road had been <br />added to the plans. Mr. Wilamosky noted that there was a major concern about traffic <br />flow in that area; developer was warned to provide alternate routes for ingress and <br />egress onto Columbia Road. Engineer Schaller. advised that there is no provision for <br />additional access onto Columbia Road. Mr. Tallon withdrew his motion .for adoption <br />and asked that the resolution be sent back to committee for further study. <br />Ordinance No. 84-126 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the tdestern <br />Cuyahoga Lodge No. 25 of the Fraternal Order of Police, North Olmsted Division, <br />which agreement is the collective bargaining agreement between the City and the <br />Police Department, and declaring an emergency. Mr. ?dilamosky moved for adoption, <br />second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. $4-126 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. $5-4 introduced by Mr. [dilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance declaring purpose of restrictions on transfer of $590,0}0 City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, Industrial Development First Mortgage Revenue Bond (Bryant and <br />Stratton Project) and related documents, waiving such restrictions, consenting to <br />transfer, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. $5-4 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-5 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance approving the extension of sanitary sewer services to approximately <br />six (6) acres of land at Fitch Road and Cook Road and consisting of the Olmsted <br />Township Municipal Center and a five (5) acre shopping area located within Olmsted <br />Township. Mr. Rademaker moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Petrigac, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 85-5 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 85-8 introduced by Mr. <br />lution urging the state legislature to <br />pesticide users. <br />Bierman was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending Chapter 533 of the Codified Ordinances entitled, "Obscenity and Sex <br />Offenses", by including therein a new Section 533.14 entitled, "Possession of Child <br />Pornography". Referred to Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 85-12 introduced by 2[rs. Saringer was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 739 of the Codified Ordinances entitled, "Gasoline <br />Service Stations", by adding thereto a new Section 739.03 entitled, "Air Pumps <br />Required". Referred to Legislation Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 85-13 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted of an <br />amendment to Section 2 of Article IX of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted to <br />provide that primary elections be held at the same time as that designated by the <br />State of Ohio, and declaring an emergency.
