Council Minutes of 12/16/86 _9- ,,~ President Saringer announced that six pieces of legislation, Nos. 86-130 through 86-135, all dealing with appropriations, have been. added to the agenda. Will be asking for suspension of rule requiring three readings on Ordinance No. 86-135, appropriations from the Sewer Revenue Fund in regard to the bond principal and interest due. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 86-116 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-116 adopted. Ordinance No. 86-117 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water line for the purpose of circulating water service by the City of Cleveland through land owned by Homelinks, Inc., and the Sunrise Development Company, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Logan moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay. Since there had been no committee report on this legislation, Mr. Rademaker moved for .suspension of rule requiring referral to committee, second by Mr. Lackey, unanimously approved. Mr. Logan moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-117 adopted. Ordinance No. 86-124 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City to provide for the elimination of the traffic signal at the intersection of Butternut Ridge Road and Old Columbia Road and further to provide for the installation of a "stop" sign on the southwest corner of Butternut Ridge and Columbia Road to control traffic travelling in an easterly direction on Butternut Ridge Road, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 86-125 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City, to extend the existing agreement with BFI for a one (1) year period for refuse pickup within the City, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 86-126 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 86-127 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to administrative and supervisory personnel employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 86-128 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. A resolution adopting the North Olmsted Transportation Study Community Trans- portation Plan prepared by the North Olmsted Transportation Study Team. Resolution No. 86-129 introduced by the Mayor and the entire Council was given its first reading. A resolution urging the Governor of the State of Ohio to support, and the General Assembly to enact, legislation providing for the distribution of sales tax revenue, for transit purposes,-on an equitable basis to transit authorities located within a county that are less than county-wide in area, and declaring an emergency.
