Council Minutes of 12/2/86 -7- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 86-92 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 1213.04 of the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted entitled "Improvements of Parking Areas" of Chapter 1213 entitled <br />"Detailed Requirements", as amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved to send Ordinance <br />No. 86-92 to BZD Committee for recommendation, second by Mr. Tallon, unani- <br />mously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 86-108 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- <br />penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No, 86-108 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-110 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City <br />of North Olmsted, a fund known as the Payroll Liability Fund, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 86-110 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-111 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 86-111 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-116 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. <br />Ordinance No. 86-117 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water <br />line for the purpose of circulating water service by the City of Cleveland <br />through land owned by Homelinks, Inc., and the Sunrise Development Company, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 86-121 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />A resolution accepting the amounts and rates as. determined by the Budget <br />Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the <br />County Auditor. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three <br />readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 86-121 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 86-122 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />A resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1987, all tax. money due and owing said <br />city from any collection source. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved.. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Resolution No. 86-122 adopted. <br />Ordinance No, 86-123 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for recording purposes only the plat for the North Olmsted <br />Industrial Park and thereby vacating parts of Sherman Avenue, West 30$th Street, <br />West 309th Street and West 310th Street, for street and highway purposes, in <br />the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, <br />second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved.
