Council Minutes of 10/22/86 -4- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Resolution No. 86-95 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A resolution urging our State Legislature to enact a Bottle and Can Deposit Law for the State of Ohio in order to help alleviate litter and keep Ohio beautiful, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 86-96 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide a "No Right Turn On Red" sign at the intersection of Brookpark Road and Lorain Road thereby controlling traffic traveling in a westerly direction making right turns at said intersection. Ordinance No. 86-98 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 86-36 titled, "An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency, as amended", by providing for the inclusion in said section of the position of a part time Building Inspector, not to exceed twenty hours .per week, and declaring an emergency.
