Council Minutes of 10/22/86 -4- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Resolution No. 86-95 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. <br />A resolution urging our State Legislature to enact a Bottle and Can Deposit <br />Law for the State of Ohio in order to help alleviate litter and keep Ohio <br />beautiful, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 86-96 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted <br />to provide a "No Right Turn On Red" sign at the intersection of Brookpark Road <br />and Lorain Road thereby controlling traffic traveling in a westerly direction <br />making right turns at said intersection. <br />Ordinance No. 86-98 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 86-36 titled, "An ordinance <br />establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative <br />personnel, and declaring an emergency, as amended", by providing for the inclusion <br />in said section of the position of a part time Building Inspector, not to exceed <br />twenty hours .per week, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Resolution No. 86-99 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga <br />County General Health District for the year 1987, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 86-100 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to install a new traffic signalization system for Lorain Road <br />(SR 10), Brookpark Road (SR 17), Columbia Road and Great Northern Boulevard <br />(SR 252), Dover Center Road (CR 58) and Clague Road (CR 52) in the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency.
