Council Minutes of 10/7/$6 -6- LEGISLATION: Mr. Tallon moved that Ordinance No. 86-80 and Ordinance No. 86-82 be removed from the agenda and placed back into committee, second by Mr. Wilamosky. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Lackey, McKay, O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Rademaker. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Ordinance Nos. 86-80 and 86-82 removed from agenda and placed back in committee. Ordinance No. 86-81 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance to enact new Section 529.10 entitled "Warning Signs" of Chapter 529 entitled "Liquor Control" of the General Offenses Code of the City of North Olmsted pertaining to a sign warning against consuming alcoholic beverages during pregnancy. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Lackey, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-81 adopted. Ordinance No. 86-83 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An ordinance vacating a portion of a sanitary sewer easement located on property occupied by the Great Northern Shopping Center and further accepting an easement from the Great Northern Shopping Center for a relocated sanitary sewer, and de- claring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-83 adopted. Ordinance No. 86-84 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An .ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land owned by the Great Northern Shopping Center Partnership, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously .approved. Ordinance No. 86-84 adopted. Mr. Wilamosky moved that Ordinance No. 86-85 be removed from the agenda, pending amendments, and that it be placed on the October 21st agenda, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-85 removed and placed on the agenda for October 21st, as amended. Ordinance No. 86-86 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Ordinance No. 86-87 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform personnel of the Police Department, together with salaries and various benefits for said employees, and decla~r~g an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky .moved for adoption., second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-87 adopted. Resolution No. 86-89 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing West Shore Cable TV Systems to sell ,their assets to a subsidiary of Cable Vision Systems Corporation. Referred to Legislative Committee. Ordinance No. 86-90 introduced by Mr. Lackey was given its first reading. An ordinance to approve current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances; to adopt new matter, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Legislative Committee.
