Council Minutes of 10/7/$6 -6- <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Mr. Tallon moved that Ordinance No. 86-80 and Ordinance No. 86-82 be removed <br />from the agenda and placed back into committee, second by Mr. Wilamosky. <br />Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Lackey, McKay, O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Negative vote: Rademaker. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Ordinance Nos. <br />86-80 and 86-82 removed from agenda and placed back in committee. <br />Ordinance No. 86-81 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to enact new Section 529.10 entitled "Warning Signs" of Chapter 529 <br />entitled "Liquor Control" of the General Offenses Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted pertaining to a sign warning against consuming alcoholic beverages during <br />pregnancy. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Lackey, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 86-81 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-83 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance vacating a portion of a sanitary sewer easement located on property <br />occupied by the Great Northern Shopping Center and further accepting an easement <br />from the Great Northern Shopping Center for a relocated sanitary sewer, and de- <br />claring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-83 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-84 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An <br />.ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water <br />line for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to land <br />owned by the Great Northern Shopping Center Partnership, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously .approved. <br />Ordinance No. 86-84 adopted. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved that Ordinance No. 86-85 be removed from the agenda, <br />pending amendments, and that it be placed on the October 21st agenda, second <br />by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-85 removed and placed <br />on the agenda for October 21st, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 86-86 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. <br />Ordinance No. 86-87 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform <br />personnel of the Police Department, together with salaries and various benefits <br />for said employees, and decla~r~g an emergency.
