Council Minutes of 7/1/86 <br />-7- <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 86-50 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the complement of the Parks and Recreation Department, <br />affixing the compensation to be paid the members thereof and repealing Ordin- <br />ance No. 84-120, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of <br />rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordin- <br />ance No. 86-50 adopted.. <br />Ordinance No. 86-53 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees em- <br />ployed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 86-54 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the sale of mobile office trailer owned by the City of <br />North Olmsted and previously used by the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Department <br />of Public Services, and declaring an emergency.
