Council Minutes of 7/1/86 -7- LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 86-50 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the complement of the Parks and Recreation Department, affixing the compensation to be paid the members thereof and repealing Ordin- ance No. 84-120, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordin- ance No. 86-50 adopted.. Ordinance No. 86-53 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees em- ployed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 86-54 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the sale of mobile office trailer owned by the City of North Olmsted and previously used by the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Department of Public Services, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-54 adopted. Resolution No. 86-56 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1987, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 86-57 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 86-58 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Referred to Finance Committee. Resolution No. 86-59 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its first reading. A resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Pebblebrook Subdivision in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 549.01 and enacting anew Section 549.12 of the Codified Ordinances relative to possession and use of "Stun Guns", and declaring an emergency.
