Council Minutes of 12/15/87 -4- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 87-126 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unani- mously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unani- mously approved. Ordinance No. 87-131 adopted. Ordinance No. 87-132 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of public monies with the institutions designated by council as depositories for the active and interim accounts of the city. Ordinance No. 87-132 adopted. Resolution No. 87-133 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. A resolution urging the elected representatives of the Ohio Senate and the Ohio House of Representatives to support the passage of Senate Bi11 229 which revises sections of the Ohio Revised Code to allow Regional Council of Governments to establish undercover narcotics units and recognize narcotics officers so employed as peace officers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Lackey, unanimously approved. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Lackey, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 87-133 adopted. Ordinance No. 87-134 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An ordinance rescinding Ordinance No. 72-38 which granted free transportation on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line to retired full-time employees of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of $545,000 aggregate principal amount of City of North Olmsted, Ohio, variable rate demand Industrial Development Revenue Refunding Bonds (Bryant and Stratton Project), for the purpose of re- funding City of North Olmsted, Ohio, Industrial Development First Mortgage Revenue Bonds (Bryant and Stratton Project) and making a loan to assist Fogg-North Olmsted, Ltd. in the refinancing of costs of acquiring, constructing, improving and
