Council Minutes of 12/15/87 -4- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 87-126 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved.. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption,, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 87-126 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 87-127 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987, as amended. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 87-127 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 87-130 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance estalbishing a Pension Pick-Up Plan for employees of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 87-131 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unani- <br />mously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unani- <br />mously approved. Ordinance No. 87-131 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 87-132 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for the deposit of public <br />monies with the institutions designated by council as depositories for the active <br />and interim accounts of the city. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule re- <br />quiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />87-132 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 87-133 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. A <br />resolution urging the elected representatives of the Ohio Senate and the Ohio House <br />of Representatives to support the passage of Senate Bi11 229 which revises sections <br />of the Ohio Revised Code to allow Regional Council of Governments to establish <br />undercover narcotics units and recognize narcotics officers so employed as peace <br />officers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Lackey, <br />unanimously approved. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Lackey, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 87-133 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 87-134 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance rescinding Ordinance No. 72-38 which granted free transportation on the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line to retired full-time employees of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Legislation Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 87-135 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of $545,000 aggregate principal <br />amount of City of North Olmsted, Ohio, variable rate demand Industrial Development <br />Revenue Refunding Bonds (Bryant and Stratton Project), for the purpose of re- <br />funding City of North Olmsted, Ohio, Industrial Development First Mortgage Revenue <br />Bonds (Bryant and Stratton Project) and making a loan to assist Fogg-North Olmsted, <br />Ltd. in the refinancing of costs of acquiring, constructing, improving and <br />
