Council Minutes of 12/1/87 <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 87-121 introduced b <br />An ordinance amending the Traffic <br />providing for the installation of <br />Through Friday, School Days Only" <br />between McKenzie and Burns Roads. <br />-7- <br />y Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />Control File of the City of North Olmsted by <br />a "No Parking Between 8 A.M, and 4 P,M., Monday <br />sign on the south side of Southern Avenue, <br />Resolution No. 87-122 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A <br />resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission <br />and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 87-122 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 87-123 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Referred to <br />Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 87-124 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Resolution No, 87-128 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 87-129 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing ~ e Mayor to enter into an agreement with Munn Ford Tractor <br />Sales, Inc. for the trade of surplus equipment in return for new equipment needed <br />by the City of North Olmsted Service Department, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Bohlmann moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. <br />Tallon, unanimously approved.
