Council Minutes of 11/17/87 -7- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 87-109 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. An ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water line for the purpose of circulating water service by the City of Cleveland through land owned by Westside Land Company, Sunrise Development Company, Milton A. Wolf and Harlan E. Sherman, Trustee, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 87-109 adopted. Ordinance No. 87-112 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the City of North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Public Service, the Safety Department and the Recreation Complex, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Ordinance No. 87-113 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance increasing the Senior Center Petty Cash Fund from .Two Hundred Dollars to Three Hundred Dollars. Resolution No. 87-114 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 1988, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 87-115 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to change the "no right turn on red" sign at Clague Road and 1480 to read, "no right turn on red from 7:00 A.M. until 6:30 P.M.", and declaring an emergency. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 1,000 tons of cinders, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and de- claring an emergency. An ordinance appropriating the sum of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars from the Capital Improvements Fund and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agree- ment with Michael Benza and Associates to perform the preliminary. engineering to reconstruct Porter Road, from Lorain Road to the Westlake Corporation line (approximately one mile), and declaring an emergency.
