Council Minutes of 7/21/87 -6- <br />in North Olmsted to establish whether the Mayor's office or the Department of <br />Safety would make any recommendations.to council to file objections under these <br />newly enacted sections of the Ohio Revised Code, Section 4303.29.. There is a <br />time period in which the city can object. if it so chooses; believes the permits <br />are rescheduled for renewal as of October, 1987 so there is a little time to <br />act on this. <br />Mr. Bohlmann scheduled an Intra-Governmental Relations and Legislation Committee <br />Meeting for Tuesday, July 28th, at 8 P.M. Also, scheduled a tentative BZD <br />Committee Meeting for August 6th at 7:.30 P.M. <br />Mr. O'Grady scheduled a Safety Committee Meeting for 7 P.M. on July 28th to <br />cover Ordinance No. 87-73 and Ordinance No. 87-76; requested Safety Director <br />Becker, Fire Chief VanKuren, Police Chief Marsh and Law Director Garesu to be <br />in attendance. <br />Mr. McKay moved to excuse the absence of Councilman Tallon, second by Mr. Bohlmann, <br />unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business and the agenda being completed, President Saringer <br />adjourned the Council Meeting at 9:30 P.M. <br />orence E.
