Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 87-41 adopted. Ordinance No. 87-42 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987, as amended. An ordinance establishing a policy of continuation of hospitalization benefits for employees and dependents of employees under certain circumstances, as amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 87-43 adopted. Ordinance No. 87-44 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 737.03(g) and Section 737.05(d) of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Requirements of Peddlers" and "Prohibited Places of Sale", respectively, of Chapter 737 entitled "Frozen Dessert Peddlers". Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Ta11on. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Bohlmann, Lackey, O'Grady, Rademaker, Ta11on, Wilamosky. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted by providing for "No Parking" on the west end of Bretton Ridge Drive in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. O'Grady moved to table Ordinance No. 87-47, second by Mr. Lackey, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 87-47 tabled. Ordinance No. 87-48 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 19$7. Ordinance No. 87-49 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $9D,000 notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving Lorain Road (State Route IO} between certain termini, in cooperation with-the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio, by resurfacing with asphaltic concrete and reconstructing the pave- ment base, curbs and sidewalks, where necessary, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved Director of Finance submit a Fiscal Off icer's Certificate for Ordinance No. 87-49, second by Mr. Ta11on, unanimously approved. Fiscal Officer's Certificate presented to Council.
