Council Minutes of 4/7/87 -5- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />emu.. <br />Ordinance No. 87-27 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance approving and accepting a collective bargaining agreement with Ohio <br />Council 8 and Local No. 2681 of American Federation of State, County and Municipal <br />Employees covering Clerks/Technicians and directing the Mayor to enter into said <br />agreement, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of <br />rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordin- <br />ance No. 87-27 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 87-28 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance approving and accepting a collective bargaining agreement with Ohio <br />Council 8 and Local No, 2681 of American Federation of State, County and Municipal <br />Employees covering Safety Forces Dispatchers and directing the Mayor to enter into <br />said agreement, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 87-28 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 87-29 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance approving and accepting a collective bargaining agreement with the <br />Western Cuyahoga Lodge No. 25 of the Fraternal Order of Poliee, and directing the <br />Mayor to enter into said agreement, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved <br />for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously <br />approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously <br />approved. Ordinance No. 87-29 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 87-30 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. A <br />resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Pebblebrook Subdivision <br />revised plat in the City of North Olmsted. Referred to BZD Committee. <br />Resolution No. 87-31 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. A <br />resolution declaring the intent of the Council of the City of North Olmsted to <br />accept for dedication certain streets within Pheasants Walk Subdivision, and <br />declaring an emergency. Referred to Streets and Drainage Committee. <br />Resolution No. 87-32 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky on behalf of the Mayor and the <br />entire Council was given its first reading. A resolution commending the achieve- <br />ment of the Eagle Scout Award in Boy Scouting. (Jeffrey D.
