.t Council Minutes of 11/15/88 -5- LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 88-118 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence C District to Office Building District and further, from certain premises hereinafter described, from Multiple Residence District to Office Building District. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Babas, Boehmer, Bohlmann, O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: McKay. 6 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Ordinance No. 88-118 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-119 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ordinance vacating a one foot portion of Cypress Drive and a one foot portion of Maplehurst Road where the same abut the Olmsted Township Corporation Line. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-119 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-120 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to administrative and super- visory personnel employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. .Ordinance No. 88-120 adopted. Resolution No. 88-121 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 1989, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 88-122 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter described from Single Residence A District to General Retail Business District, as amended. Ordinance No. 88-123 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 1135.02 of the Zoning Code entitled, "Accessory Uses and Buildings" of Chapter 1135 of the Zoning Code. entitled, "Residence Districts". Resolution No. 88-124 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. A resolution accepting for recording purposes only the resubdivision of 7515 Company's Subdivision No. 2 in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 88-126 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-126 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-127 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance creating a new position at the Waste Water Treatment Plant en- titled., "Pretreatment Coordinator". Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-12.7 adopted.
