~~ Council Minutes of 11/15/88 -6- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 88-128 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an operating agreement with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority for the purpose of providing transit services in cooperation with said authority, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 88-129 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings and referral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-129 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-130 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. Miscellaneous business: President Saringer reminded council that they would be receiving an updated list of all pending legislation for review and possible consideration before the end of the year. Also, she has authorized payment of .the second bill from City Planner, Robert Hill, in the amount of $742.50, involving 16-1/2 hours of work as covered in Memo Three. Council-of-the-Whole Committee Meeting was scheduled for Thursday, November 17th, at 8 P.M., to discuss the RTA agreement, by President Saringer. Mr. Wilamosky scheduled a Council-of-the Whole/Finance Committee Meeting for Monday, November 21st, at 7:30 P.M., to discuss optical and dental benefits for non-bargaining unit people, the Capital-Improvement Plan, as well as the Rec Complex roof repairs. Mr. Tallon scheduled a BZD Committee Meeting. for Thursday, December 1st, at 7:30 P.M. Meeting will cover the usual agenda as well as Ordinance Nos. 88-112 and 88-123.
