An <br />' ordinance establishing the regulation and use of the "Common Center Lane". <br />Mr. Tallon moved. for adoption, second by Mr. McKay. After lengthy discussion <br />with respect to the. length of the storage lane and .stacking of cars, Mr. Tallon <br />withdrew his motion for adoption; Mr. McKay withdrew his second; legislation <br />was placed back into committee for further study. <br />Ordinance No. 88-88 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $85,000 notes in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring motor vehicles for use by the <br />Department of Public Safety. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. <br />Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-88 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-83 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance .accepting a storm sewer easement located on property owned by the 7515 <br />Company and R.A.G. Custom Homes, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 88-84 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1149 of the Zoning Code of the <br />City of North Olmsted titled, "Mixed Use Districts". <br />Ordinance No. 88-85 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for. current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. <br />Ordinance No. 88-86 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Chapter 1126 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Commercial <br />and Other Building Permits", and repealing Section 1125.06 of the Zoning Code, <br />entitled "Building Permit Application Review". <br />Ordinance No. 88-89 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance amending Sections 911.09(b) and Section 911.10 of Chapter 911 of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Sewers Generally", <br />and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Resolution No. 88-90 introduced by Mayor Petrigac and the entire Council was <br />given its first reading. A resolution by the Council of the City of North Olmsted <br />expressing its support in favor of Ohio General .Assembly House Bi11 786 and House <br />Bill 791 and urging the House General Assembly to adopt the same. Mr. Tallon <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to <br />committee, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Mayor Petrigac explained <br />to Mrs. Kordish what the resolution meant. Mr. Garland stated that these bills <br />needed close scrutiny. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 88-90 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-91 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to establish with the Special Assessment Fund group a "North Olmsted <br />Industrial Parkway Fund" of the City of North Olmsted for the sale proceeds of <br />the notes to be issued by the City for the improvement. of North Olmsted Industrial <br />Parkway, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved.
