Council Minutes of 5/4/88 -5- <br />Larry Leopold, 25083 Randall Drive, stated that he is one of the neighbors <br />living next door to the Schneid residence where the skateboard ramp is being <br />built. Asked that he and the other neighbors in the vicinity be advised <br />as to the time and date of the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting because they <br />have some negative feelings about the skateboard ramp and some serious con- <br />cerns that they would like to bring to the board's attention. President Saringer <br />advised that the immediate neighbors in the area would be invited to be in <br />attendance at the June meeting. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 88-41 introduced by Mayor Petrigac and Councilman McKay was given its <br />third reading. An ordinance vacating a portion of Canterbury Road which is more <br />fully described on the vacation plat which is made a part of this .ordinance, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bohlmann. <br />Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: McKay, Bohlmann, Wilamosky, $ahas, <br />Boehmer. Negative vote: Tallon. 5 Ave - 1 Nay -Motion carried. Ordinance No. <br />88-41 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-49 introduced by Mavor Petrigac was Qiven its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 161.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted entitled, "Vehicle Mileage Allowance" of Chapter 161 entitled, "Employees <br />Generally". <br />Ordinance No. 88-52 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Chapter 1115 of the Zoning Code of the City <br />of North Olmsted entitled, "Definitions". Referred to BZD Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 88-53 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1988. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. McKay, unani- <br />mously approved. There was no audience participation. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 88-53 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-54 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to <br />provide for the installation of a "No Right Turn On Red - 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., <br />Weekdays Only" sign for traffic travelling in an easterly direction on Brookpark <br />Road where the same intersects Clague Road, and declaring an emergency.
