<br />Council Minutes of 2/2/88 <br />-5- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 88-8 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition <br />or removal of the detached garage and single dwelling located at 4712 Dover <br />Center Road, in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 88-9 introduced by Mr. Bohlmann was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 1309.01, 1309.04 and 1309.05 of the <br />Building Code dealing with the updating and adopting of the current National <br />Electrical Code. <br />Ordinance No. 88-10 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Traff-Pro <br />Consultants, Inc., for the purpose of preparing a Traffic Signal Study of five <br />intersections within the City in conjunction with and under the conditions of a <br />grant from the Ohio Department of Highway Safety, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 88-11 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. <br />Resolution No. 88-13 introduced by Mayor Petrigac and the entire Council was given <br />its first reading. A resolution supporting House Bill 491 and Senate Bill 39, <br />bills to restrict the phosphorus content of household laundry detergent sold in <br />the Lake Erie Drainage Basin, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for <br />suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, <br />second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. President Saringer asked if <br />anyone in the audience would like to address Resolution No. 88-13; there was <br />no audience participation. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 88-13 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 88-14 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance establishing a Drug Enforcement Trust Fund pursuant to Ohio Re- <br />vised Code Section 2925.03 (J) and (K), and declaring an emergency. Referred to <br />Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 88-15 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication the 7515 Company Subdivision No. 2 which <br />includes Tara-Lynn Drive, in the City of North Olmsted. Referred to BZD Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 88-16 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading.
