Council Minutes of 10/3/89 -5- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 89-78 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by pro- viding for the installation of a "no parking" sign on the cul-de-sac portion of Ambour Drive, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 89-78 adopted. Ordinance No. 89-79 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance granting to MetroTen Cablevision, Incorporated, an Ohio Corporation, and its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive franchise to construct, install, maintain and operate a cable communications system in, under, over, along, across and upon the streets and public grounds within the City of North Olmsted, and fixing and prescribing the terms and conditions under which such operation shall be conducted. Ordinance No. 89-80 introduced by Mr. Bohlmann was given its first reading. An ordinance. creating new Sections 1101.10(e) of the North Olmsted Subdivision Ordin- ance and 1119.02(d) of the North Olmsted Zoning Code, providing for notification to land owners of existing restrictive covenant deeds and requiring that buildings, alterations and additions be constructed in accordance with such properly ex- ecuted and recorded restrictive covenant deeds. Referred to BZD Committee. Ordinance No. 89-81 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance creating new Section 1501.2703 of Chapter 1501.27 of the North Olmsted Taxation Code providing for landlords of residential premises to submit to the Director of Finance certain information concerning tenants, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Legislation Committee. Ordinance No. 89-82 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1989. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 89-83 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the agreement for the establishment of the West Shore Council of Governments to establish the West Shore Solid Waste Committee, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Environmental Control Committee. Miscellaneous business: President Saringer commented on a recent Plain Dealer article with respect to the retirement of Florence Campbell, Clerk of Council. Mr. Wilamosky scheduled a Finance Committee Meeting for Tuesday, October 10th, at 8 P.M., to discuss Ordinance No. 89-92; requested Finance Director Boyle and an administrative representative to also be in attendance. Mr. Bohlmann scheduled a Legislative Committee Meeting for Thursday, October 12th, at 7 P.M., to discuss Ordinance No. 89-79; representatives from Cablevision will be present at this time; requested the Clerk to invite the members of the Cable TV Advisory Board as well. ;,
