Council Minutes of 10/3/89 -5- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 89-78 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by pro- <br />viding for the installation of a "no parking" sign on the cul-de-sac portion of <br />Ambour Drive, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of <br />rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. <br />Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 89-78 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 89-79 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance granting to MetroTen Cablevision, Incorporated, an Ohio Corporation, <br />and its successors and assigns, a non-exclusive franchise to construct, install, <br />maintain and operate a cable communications system in, under, over, along, across <br />and upon the streets and public grounds within the City of North Olmsted, and <br />fixing and prescribing the terms and conditions under which such operation shall <br />be conducted. <br />Ordinance No. 89-80 introduced by Mr. Bohlmann was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance. creating new Sections 1101.10(e) of the North Olmsted Subdivision Ordin- <br />ance and 1119.02(d) of the North Olmsted Zoning Code, providing for notification <br />to land owners of existing restrictive covenant deeds and requiring that buildings, <br />alterations and additions be constructed in accordance with such properly ex- <br />ecuted and recorded restrictive covenant deeds. Referred to BZD Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 89-81 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance creating new Section 1501.2703 of Chapter 1501.27 of the North Olmsted <br />Taxation Code providing for landlords of residential premises to submit to the <br />Director of Finance certain information concerning tenants, and declaring an <br />emergency. Referred to Legislation Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 89-82 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1989. Referred <br />to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 89-83 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the agreement for <br />the establishment of the West Shore Council of Governments to establish the <br />West Shore Solid Waste Committee, and declaring an emergency. Referred to <br />Environmental Control Committee. <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />President Saringer commented on a recent Plain Dealer article with respect to <br />the retirement of Florence Campbell, Clerk of Council. <br />Mr. Wilamosky scheduled a Finance Committee Meeting for Tuesday, October 10th, <br />at 8 P.M., to discuss Ordinance No. 89-92; requested Finance Director Boyle and <br />an administrative representative to also be in attendance. <br />Mr. Bohlmann scheduled a Legislative Committee Meeting for Thursday, October 12th, <br />at 7 P.M., to discuss Ordinance No. 89-79; representatives from Cablevision will <br />be present at this time; requested the Clerk to invite the members of the Cable TV <br />Advisory Board as well. <br />;, <br />
