Mr. Wilamosky moved for. suspension of rule requiring <br />three readings, second by Mr. Bohlmann, unanimously approved. Mr. Bohlmann <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, as amended and recommended by <br />the Finance Committee - Version No. 1, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />88-141 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 89-2 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 943.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted entitled "Rates for Opening and Closing Graves", of Chapter 943 <br />entitled "Cemeteries", and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 89-4 introduced by Mayor Petrigac. was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance approving and accepting a collective bargaining agreement with <br />the Western Cuyahoga Lodge No. 25 of the Fraternal Order of Police and directing <br />the Mayor to enter into said agreement, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 89-5 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance declaring city-owned real estate, located at 5946 Barton Road, <br />bearing Permanent Parcel Number 234-06-005, as surplus property and directing <br />the Mayor to hire the services of an appraiser and to advertise for bids for <br />the sale of said surplus property. <br />Ordinance No. 89-7 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current. expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1989, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 89-8 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees <br />employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as <br />referral to committee, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />89-8 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 89-9 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading, <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for the reconstruction and replacement of Culvert No. 6 located on McKenzie Road <br />in the City of North Olmsted,. and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance <br />committee. <br />Resolution No. 89-10 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading, <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids with <br />an outside contractor for the purpose of providing, on a contract basis, leaf <br />pick-up service throughout the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 89-11 introduced by Mrs. Bahas was given its first reading.
