<br />Ordinance No. 88-112 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An
<br />ordinance amending Section 1135.02 of the Zoning Code entitled, "Accessory Uses
<br />and Buildings", of Chapter 1135 of the Zoning Code entitled, "Residence Districts".
<br />Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer. Roll call on motion:
<br />Affirmative vote: Bahas, Boehmer, Bohlmann, McKay. Negative vote: O'Grady,
<br />Tallon, Wilamosky. 4 Aye - 3 Nay -Motion .carried. Ordinance No. 88-1i2 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 88-143 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading.
<br />An ordinance establishing and fixing. the compensation for the Mayor of the City
<br />of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 1990, and ending
<br />January 31, 1993, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption,
<br />second by Mr. O'Grady. Mr. Bohlmann moved to amend the ordinance to provide for
<br />a salary of $41,300 in 1990; $43,100 in 1991; $45,100 in 1992 and $47,100 in 1993,
<br />second by Mrs. Bahas. Roll call on motion to amend Ordinance No. 88-143:
<br />Affirmative vote: Bahas, Bohlmann, McKay, Tallon. Negative vote: Boehmer, O'Grady,
<br />Wilamosky. 4 Aye - 3 Nay -Motion carried. Ordinance No. 88-143 amended and
<br />placed back on second reading. Mr. Bohlmann moved for suspension of rule re-
<br />quiring three readings on Ordinance No. 88-143, as amended, second by Mrs. Bahas.

<br />vote: Boehmer, O'Grady, Wilamosky. 4 Aye_- 3 Nay - Motion failed. Ordinance

<br />An ordinance establishing and fining the compensation for the Director of Law
<br />for the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 1990,
<br />and ending December 31, 1993, and declaring. an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved
<br />for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady. Mr. Bohlmann moved to amend the ordinance to
<br />provide for a salary of $37,600 in 1990; $39,300 in 1991; $41,100 in 1992 and
<br />$42,950 in 1993, second by Mrs. Bahas. Roll call on motion to amend Ordinance
<br />No. 88-144: Affirmative vote: Bahas, Bohlmann, McKay, Tallon. Negative vote:
<br />Boehmer, O'Grady, Wilamosky. 4 Aye - 3 Nay - Motion carried. Ordinance No.
<br />88-144 amended and placed back on second reading. Mr. Bohlmann moved for sus-
<br />pension of rule requiring three readings on Ordinance No. 88-144, as amended,
