An ordinance establishing and fixing the compensation for the President of Council of the City of North Olmsted for the term of office commencing January 1, 1990, and ending December 31, 1993, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wila- mosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Bahas, Bohlmann, McKay, O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky.. Nega- tive vote: Boehmer. 6 Aye - 1 Nay -Motion carried. Ordinance No, 88-146 adopted. Ordinance No. 88-147 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An ordinance establishing. and fixing the compensation for the Ward Council Members of the City of North Olmsted .for the term of office commencing January 1, 1990, and ending December 31, 1993, and declaring an emergency.. Mr. Wila- mosky moved for adoption, .second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved, Ordin- ance No. 88-147 adopted. Ordinance No. 89-2 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance amending Section 943.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled, "Rates for Opening and Closing Graves", of Chapter 943 entitled, "Cemeteries", and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Resolution No. 89-3 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for one (1) air handling unit for the Wastewater Treatment Laboratory, and author- izing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 89-3 adopted. Ordinance No. 89-4 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance approving and accepting a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Western Cuyahoga Lodge No. 25 of the Fraternal Order of Police and directing the Mayor to enter into said agreement, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 89-5 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance declaring city-owned real estate, located at 5946 Barton Road, bearing Permanent Parcel Number 234-06-005, as surplus property and directing the Mayor to hire the services of an appraiser and to advertise for bids for the sale of said surplus property. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 89-6 introduced by Councilmen Bohlmann and McKay was given its first reading. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to solicit proposals from engineering firms for the purpose of providing the city with estimates of cost for the preparation of a comprehensive ordinance dealing with the establishment and imposition of impact fees to be imposed upon those developing within the City of North Olmsted.
