Council Minutes of 11/20/90 b. The proposal to construct an addition to Suburban Auto Body, 49b0 Dover Center Road, was discussed. Mr. Angelo Papato and Kevin Kanerik were in attendance. This addition will improve circulation within the shop, will contain some indoor parking, and will clean up the rear of the property. Also, the existing driveway will be removed. The material to be used will match the existing with dryvit on the Mill Road elevation and intricately colored 8-inch block will be used on the rear. The material on the sight-line drawings are all approved. The proposal was approved by Planning Commission, ARB, arxi BZD. Moved to approve with the recommendations of Planning Commission and ARB; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. c. Mr. Russ and Mr. Butchko were in attendance representing Nutron Nameplate at 31269 Lorain Road. This is a proposal to construct an addition for manufacturing and office space. Tt has been approved by Planning Commission and ARB. The information was submitted to BZD in regard to storage and disposal of hazardous waste. The Committee had no objections. Moved to approve with the recommendations of Plarming Commission and ARB and also with the approval of the Engineering Dept.; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. d. The proposal to construct a 1,000 sq. foot addition to the North Olmsted Home Care Center at 29794 Lorain Road was discussed. Mr. Steven Schill presented drawings. Aside yard variance has been granted by BZA. Proposal was approved. by Planning Commission and ARB; BZD Committee had ~ objections. Mowed to approve the special permit granted by the BZA Committee and the proposal. with the recommendations of ARB and Planning Commission; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. e. Chand Building, 30033 Lorain Road, proposal to construct an office building. Mr. Dan Margulies, Project Designer; Stuart Syler, Engineer; and Mr. Chand presented the plans. Also, Mrs. Benedict, a neighbor was in attendance. The proposal is far a 14,000 sq. ft. office building,. which was approved by Planning Commission subject to recommendations of ARB and the Engineer. The Engineering Dept. should study the drainage situation with the possibility of a lift station being constructed. The BZD Committee recommended a cut in the lights. Moved to approve with the recommendations of Planning, ARB, and the BZD Committee that the lights be shielded and the complete engineering plans are approved and reviewed by Council; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. f. Metro Lexus, 28450 Lorain Road, request to change the previously approved addition by approximately 600 feet. Mr. Stoyanov, the developer, explained the plans. This has been approved by Planning Commission; also, the Assistant Fire Chief has been contacted in regard to moving the fire hydrant. BZD Committee had no objection. Moved to approve with the recommendations of Planning Commission anti the Fire Chief; second by Mr. O'Grady; passed unanimously. 3 ~:
