Council Minutes of 11/7/90
reading from a script because they all were saying the same thing: "My
God, how much more does this builder want? How much more development are
we going to have in our cavity? Tell Council, when you get before
Council, we don't want any more commercial development; woe don't want any
more residential land rezoned for commercial use." The residents feel
there is a lot more at stake here--a precedent is being set as to what
the future growth of this cams~amity will be. Also, what is at stake here
tonight is whether Council will listen to the people who do not want any
more residential land zoned for commercial use.
