Council Minutes of 11/7/90 <br />LEGISLATION (CONTINUED): <br />Resolution No. -1 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Fublie Service to <br />advertise for bids for spot pavement recycler with operator for spot <br />repairs arxi crack fill material applied as per specifications., and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and. declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 90-135 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 90-137 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for the collection of all refuse in the City of North <br />Olmsted, arxi authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; passed <br />unanimously. Resolution No. 90-137 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-138 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance providing for the procedure to implement a joint <br />purchasing program in cooperation with the Westshore Council of <br />Governments, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Babas; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-138 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-141 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance creating new Section 1341.03 of the City of North <br />Olmsted Codified Ordinances, entitled "Street Cleaning Deposit and Fee," <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-142 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance amer~.ing Section 1125.03 of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled "Members; Chairman," so <br />as to eliminate the term limitation of the Chairman of the Architectural <br />Review Board. <br />Ordinance No. 90-146 was introduced by Mr. Tallon and given its first <br />reading. An ordinance to transfer and make appropriations for current <br />expenses and other exper~li.tures for the City of North Olmsted for the <br />year ending December 31, 1990, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and submission <br />to committee; second by Mr. McKay; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. <br />90-146 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-147 was introduced by Mr. Tallon and given its first <br />reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and <br />other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending <br />December 31, 1991. Mr. Tallon moved to amend Ordinance No. 90-147 <br />so as to replace the heading "General Fund", above the words "Police <br />Department", with the heading "Hotel/Motel Tax Fund" and to place the <br />heading "General Fund" above the words "Senior Center"; second by Mr. <br />Nashar; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules <br />requiring three readings and submission to committee; second by Mr. <br />O'Grady; passed unanimously.
