Council Minutes of 9/18/90 <br />LEGISLATION <br />Or 'Hance No. 90-95 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,200,000 <br />notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the Municipal Sanitary Sewer System by rehabilitation and <br />replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections, together with <br />the necessary appurtenances arxi work incidental thereto. Mr. Tallon <br />moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 90-95 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 90-100 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for 3,000 tons of salt and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, arxi declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. <br />90-100 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-101 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance to approve current replacement pages to the <br />codified ordinances; to adopt new matter; and declaring an emergency. <br />Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. McKay; passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-101 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-107 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its third <br />reading. An Ordinance providing for the aamendment of the Zone Map of <br />the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of <br />the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter <br />described. from Single Residence A District to Mixed Use District A. <br />Mrs. Beringer moved for adoption; second by Mr. O'Grady. Rollcall: <br />Beringer, yes; O'Grady,y~s.s; Tallon, yes; McKay, no; Nashar, yes; <br />Leonard, yes. Ordinance passed with five yeas and one nay. Ordinance <br />No. 90-107 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-121 was introduced by Mr. McKay and given its first <br />reading. An ordinance to amerui Sections 911.03, 911.08, 911.12, 911.14, <br />and 911.99 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 90-122 was introduced by Mr. McKay and given its first <br />reading. An ordinance to amend .Sections 917.02, 917.04, and 917.05 of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Referred to <br />Finance Committee. <br />Resolution No. 90-123 was introduced by Mr. Tallon and given its first <br />reading. A resolution opposing the restriction or elimination of the <br />Federal Tax Deduction for State and Local Income and Property Taxes. <br />Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 90-124 was introduced by Mrs. Beringer and given its first <br />reading.
