An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,200,000 notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving the Municipal Sanitary Sewer System by rehabilitation and replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections, together with the necessary appurtenances arxi work incidental thereto. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-95 adopted. Resolution No. 90-100 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 3,000 tons of salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, arxi declaring an emergency.
