Council Minutes of 9/4/90 <br />Finance Director Burns reported: 1) The local goverrnment fund <br />allocation for 1991 will be $758,437, which coanpares to the allocation <br />for 1990 of $748,680. The local government assistance fund allocation <br />for 1991 is $80,218. <br />2) Moody's notified us today that the rating for our Industrial Park <br />Special Revenue Bonds will be maintained at the A-1 rating. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance No. 90-76 introduced by Mr. Tallan was given its third <br />reading. An ordinance amending Section 1135.02 of the Zoning Code <br />entitled "Accessory uses and Buildings" of Chapter 1135 of the Zoning <br />code entitled "Residence Districts". Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; <br />second by Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-76 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-95 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,200,000 <br />notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of <br />improving the Municipal Sanitary Sewer system by rehabilitating and <br />replacing sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections, together with <br />the necessary appurtenances arr3. work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 90-96 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current <br />expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for year <br />ending December 31, 1990, aril declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved <br />for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. <br />O'Grady; passed unaavmously. Mr. Tallo~ moved for adoption; second by <br />Mrs. Saringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 90-96 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 90-98 introduced by Mr. Tallcm was given its second <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise far bids for one multi conductor solid state color tv <br />inspection system mounted in GA1C Vandura Van (8600 GVW), and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of the rules requiring <br />three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Mr. Tallon <br />moved for adoption; secor~ by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 90-98 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 90-100 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for 3,000 tons of salt and authorizing the Mayor to <br />contract for same, aryl declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-101 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance to approve current replacement pages to the <br />Codified Ordinances; to adopt new matter; and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-107 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second <br />reading. An ordinance providing for the amendment of the Zone Map of <br />the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Map is part of the Zoning Code of <br />the City of North Olmsted, by changing the premises hereinafter <br />described from Single Residence A District to Mixed Use District A. <br />3 <br />
