An emergency ordinance by the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, in the matter of upgrading the two (2) existing traffic signals at the interchange of I-480 and SR252 in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar. Unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 90-73 adopted. Resolution No. 90-74 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its third reading. A resolution objecting to the renewal of a liquor permit bearing No. 4876273, Class D-5, for Kriaris, Inc., also known as Star Lounge, located at 29344-52 Lorain Rd., North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency.
