Council minutes 7/3/90 <br />Le illation (continued) <br />Reso ution o. - introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second <br />reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to <br />advertise for bids for one (1) vacuum street sweeper, and declaring an <br />emergency Mr. Tallon moved far suspension of the rules requiring three <br />readings; second by Mr. Nashar. Unanimously approved. Mr. Tallon moved <br />for adoption; second. by Mrs. Bahas. Unanimously approved. Resolution <br />No. 90-85 adopted <br />Resolution No. 90-87 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its first <br />reading. A resolution adapting the budget of the City of North Olmsted <br />for the fiscal year begiiming January 1, 1991, and submitting the same <br />to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-88 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance to make arxi transfer appropriations for current <br />expenses and-other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the <br />year ending December 31, 1990, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon <br />moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by <br />Mr. McKay. Unanimously approved. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second <br />by Mr. McKay. Unanimously approved. Ordinance 90-88 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 90-89 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,010,000 <br />notes, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds arxi the collection of <br />special assessments heretofore levied to pay costs of improving North <br />Olmsted Industrial Parkway between certain termini by grading, draining, <br />curbing, paving, and constructing a water main and storm and sanitary <br />sewers, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-90 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $1,010,000 <br />bonds in anticipation of the collection of special assessments <br />heretofore levied, to pay costs of improving North OLnsted I~iustrial <br />Parkway between certain termini by grading draining, curbing, paving <br />and constructing a water main and storm and sanitary sewers, together <br />with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 90-91 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its first <br />reading. An ordinance amending sections 16 and 18 of Ordinance 90-38 <br />entitled "An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various <br />administrative and legislative personnel." <br />Resolution No. 90-92 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first <br />reading. A resolution authorizing arxi directing the Mayor and Director <br />of Law to accept oar behalf of the City of North OLnsted the vacant <br />apartment building containing six (6) suites which is currently located <br />on property owned by Paradise Pontiac, and to further negotiate and <br />present to this council a final proposal for the moving of said <br />apartment building to the southeasterly portion of the Recreation Center <br />5 <br />
