Council Minutes of 6/19/90 -5- Audience participation (cont'd): Richar Kreps, 3885 Glague Road, voiced his objections to the expansion of Clague Road to four lanes. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 90-54 introduced by Mrs. Babas was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Chapter 713 of the Business Regulation Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Structures For Non- transients" by adding thereto a new Section 713.19 entitled "Occupancy Re- ~~ strictions , and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Babas moved to table Ordinance No. 90-54, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 90-54 tabled. Ordinance No. 90-66 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Chapter 521 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Health, Safety and Sanitation", by adding thereto a new Section 521.13 entitled "Visual Obstructions of Right-of-Way", and declaring an emergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordiannce No. 90-66 adopted. Ordinance No. 90-67 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading.. An ordinance establishing a new Chapter 745 entitled "Hotel and Motel-Tax"' of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, as amended. Mr. Leonard moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Babas, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 90-67 adopted. Ordinance No. 90-73 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An emergency ordinance by the City of North -0lmsted, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, in the matter of upgrading the two (2) existing traffic signals at the inter- change of IR 480 and SR 252 in the City of North Olmsted. Resolution. No. 90-74 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second reading. A resolution objecting to the renewal of a liquor permit bearing No, 4876273, Class D-5, Kriaris, Inc., also known as Star Lounge, located at 29344-52 Lorain Road, North 0lmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 90-76 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 1135.02 of the Zoning Code entitled "Accessory Uses and Buildings" of Chapter 1135 of the Zoning Code entitled "Residence Districts". Ordinance No. 90-77 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An ordinance to amend Sections 1501.0101, 1501.0501, 1501.0502, 1501.1302, 1501.1901 and 1501.2101 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North 0lmsted, Ohio, in order to increase the Municipal Income Tax Rate from one percent to two percent and to increase the Municipal Income Tax Credit to seventy-five percent of the income tax paid to another municipality on in- come taxed by the City of North 0lmsted to the extent that the income tax so paid does not exceed two percent of that taxable income, and declaring an emergency.
