~. , <br />Council Minutes of 12118/91 <br />Mr. Leonard asked if any of the utilities in Viewpoint would be above ground. <br />Mrs. Saringer said they would not. <br />2) A preliminary land use plan for the Great Northern Business Park, Parcel B, <br />has been submitted. The BZD Committee will submit this plan to the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Mr. Tallon, Chairperson of the Finance Committee reported: 1) The end of year <br />transfer ordinance will be passed under suspension of the rules tonight. <br />In the absence of Mrs. Babas, Chairperson of the Intra-Goverr~ental Relations a~i <br />Legislative Committee, Mr. ~ reported: 1) The Committee met on Wednesday, <br />December 18, to discuss Ordinance 91-18S. In attendance were Mayor Boyle; <br />Service Director Bohlmami; City Engineer Deichmazm; Finance Director Burns; <br />Safety Director Gundy; Council Ambers Nashar, Lind, Leonard, and McKay. This <br />ordinance deals with limiting part time employment; however, since Y questions <br />could not be answered, the ordinance will be held in committee for further study. <br />Mr. Leonard, Chairperson of the Public Safety, Health and Welfare Co~m.ttee <br />reported: 1) The Canni.ttee met this evening to discuss a liquor permit from the <br />Szechuan Gourmet at 24111 Lorain Road. There was some question as to whetY~x a <br />new liquor permit is available in North Olmsted. Therefore, Mr. L~ecrosrd moved to <br />reject the application and will ask the Liquor Control Board for a hearing on the <br />matter; second by Mr. Nashar; passed timanimously. <br />A4r. Lind, Chairperson of the Transportation Co~nnittee reported: 1) The <br />Committee met at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, to discuss Ordinance 91-150. <br />In attendance were Committee members; Mayor Boyle; Safety Director Guruiy; City <br />Engineer Deictnnann; Service Director Bohlmaim; Finance Director Burns. Ordinance <br />91-150 concerns acceptance of a traffic signal detector easement. Since the <br />warrant was not approved by the State, the ordinance will be held in abeyance <br />until some future time. <br />No Audience Participation <br />LFJGISLATION <br />Or finance No. 91-160 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Sections 1101.06 and 1101.09 of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, as amended. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second. by Mrs. <br />Saringer; passed unanunously. Ordinance No. 91-160 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-171 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Sections 1353.02, 1353.03, 1353.09, 1353.10, and 1353.12 of <br />the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. Mrs. Saringer moved <br />for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unatvmously. Ordinance No. 91-171 <br />adopted. <br />5 <br /> <br />
