Council Minutes of 1011/91 <br />LEGISLATI~T (CONTINUID) <br />limitation o e 'rperson of the Architectural Review Board. Mrs. Babas <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Lind; passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 91-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-116 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance. to transfer and make appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year meting December 31, <br />1991, as amended. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption; second. by Mr. Leonard; <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-116 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-118 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for one (1) <br />combinatioci sewer cleaning machine, aryl declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind <br />moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; passed unanimously. Resolution <br />No. 91-118 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-119 introduced by Mrs. Beringer on behalf of Mayor Boyle arxi <br />the entire Council was given its third reading. A resolution supporting the <br />North Olmsted School System's decision to reconvene the North Olmsted. Lyceum. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; passed unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 91-119 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-120 introduced by Mr. Tallon on behalf of Mayor Boyle and <br />the entire Council was given its third reading. A resolution urging prompt <br />action on the Mickey Leland Memorial Hunger Relief Act. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; passed unanimously. Resolution No. 91-120 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-122 introduced by Mr. Nashar on behalf of Mayor Boyle and the <br />entire Council was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with URS Consultants to provide engineering services for a wastewater quality <br />study on selected metals, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-122 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-123 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of "No Parking" signs on the north side of <br />Mitchell Drive from Columbia Road to the west end of Mitchell-Drive, and <br />declaring the same to be an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption; second <br />by Mr. Lind; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-123 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-124 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 917.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio. Mrs. Babas moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-124 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-125 introduced by Mr. Leonard and Mayor Boyle was given its <br />secoryl reading.
