An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement <br />with URS Consultants to provide engineering services for a wastewater quality <br />study on selected metals, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for <br />adoption; second by Mrs. Beringer; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-122 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 91-123 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending the traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of "No Parking" signs on the north side of <br />Mitchell Drive from Columbia Road to the west end of Mitchell-Drive, and <br />declaring the same to be an emergency.
