Council Minutes of 7/2/91 <br />LEGISLATION <br />finance No. 91-89 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the purchase of two (2) six passenger, four door sedan automobiles to be used by <br />the Mayor and Service Director, and repealing Ordinance No. 91-SS, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nasty; passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-89 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 91-91 introduced by Mr. Talton was given its second reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the construction of aeration main improvements at the Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 91-92 introduced by Mr. Talton was given its second reading. A <br />resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1992, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 91-93 introduced by Mr. Talton was given its secorxi reading. An ordinance to amend Sections 917.02, 917.05, 917.Ob, and <br />917.99 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Ordinance No. 91-97 introduced by Mr. Talton was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance declaring city owned real estate located adjacent to 4542 Silverdale <br />Road, bearing Permanent Parcel Number 232-27-16, as surplus property and <br />directing the Mayor to sell said surplus property. <br />Ordinance No. 91-98 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending tt~e traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by <br />providing for the installation of two stop signs at the intersections of Decker <br />Road and Midvale Avenue, thereby controlling the traffic travelling both north <br />and south on Decker Road where the same intersects with Midvale Avenue. <br />Resolution No. 91-100 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and <br />accept bids for the improvement of the pavement and sewers on Terrace Drive, <br />Nancy Drive, Louann Drive anti Angela Drive, as detailed in the specifications on <br />file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and. <br />committee review; second by Mr. Lind; passed unanimously.
