Council Minutes of 7/2/91 LEGISLATION finance No. 91-89 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its third reading. An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase of two (2) six passenger, four door sedan automobiles to be used by the Mayor and Service Director, and repealing Ordinance No. 91-SS, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nasty; passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 91-89 adopted. Resolution No. 91-91 introduced by Mr. Talton was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the construction of aeration main improvements at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Resolution No. 91-92 introduced by Mr. Talton was given its second reading. A resolution adopting the budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1992, and submitting the same to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency. An ordinance declaring city owned real estate located adjacent to 4542 Silverdale Road, bearing Permanent Parcel Number 232-27-16, as surplus property and directing the Mayor to sell said surplus property. Ordinance No. 91-98 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. An ordinance amending tt~e traffic control file of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of two stop signs at the intersections of Decker Road and Midvale Avenue, thereby controlling the traffic travelling both north and south on Decker Road where the same intersects with Midvale Avenue. Resolution No. 91-100 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Nashar. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept bids for the improvement of the pavement and sewers on Terrace Drive, Nancy Drive, Louann Drive anti Angela Drive, as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Nashar moved for suspension of the rules requiring three readings and. committee review; second by Mr. Lind; passed unanimously.
