Council Minutes of 5/21/91 <br />Judson Kline represented Stark Enterprises. Revised plans were <br />presented showing the new building relocated as requested, the total <br />renovation of existing buildings, a revised site plan which will include <br />access onto Brookpark Road, increased landscaping, and new signs. <br />Committee also reviewed the traffic study. The proposal was approved by <br />the Planing Commission on April 23; BZA granted several variances on <br />May 1; ARB approved the pion on April 17. Moved to approve with the <br />recocmxmdations of ARB, Plate Coymission, and approval of the grading <br />plan, which includes sidewalks, by the Engineering Department; second by <br />Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. <br />c. BP Oil Company, 29131 Lorain Road, was represented by Richard <br />Wright. The plan calls for exterior renovatic~ to the building and <br />canopy. Planning Commission gave approval on April 9; ARB approved on <br />April 17. Moved to approve with the recamte~~dations of the Planning <br />Commission, ARB, and the BZD request for the grade adjustment a~xl <br />culvert installed per the Eazgineering Dept., and a variance for a <br />durnpster be granted; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. <br />d. Symthe-Cramer Real Estate Building, 28253 Lorain Road, exterior <br />renovation. Plan was approved by ARB on April 17 and Planning <br />Commission on April 23. Loved to approve with the recommeru~ations of <br />Planning Commission; second b3' Mrs. Bahas; passed unanimously. <br />e. Committee approved a drive~up telephone at 2b516 Lorain Road at the <br />Gastown station. Moved to approve the drive-~up telephone, location B, <br />at the Gastown station; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. <br />2) With regard to the new Zoning Code that will be passed this evening, <br />there are two paragraphs with typogr~tphi.cal errors that were reported on <br />at the Public Hearing. These corrections are to be considered as <br />incorporated into the Code. <br />Mr. Tallon reported: As mandated by Charter revision last year, the <br />Plarn~ing Commission is embarking on a Master Plan for the City of North <br />Olmsted. As Council liaison, will keep Council abreast of progress. <br />Mr. Leonard reported for Mr. O'Grady, Chairperson of the Public Safety, <br />Health and Welfare Committee: 1) Moved to approve a liquor permit <br />transfer from Wayne's Bar to Don's; second by Mr. Tallon; passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Leonard, Chairperson of the Transportation Committee reported: <br />1) The Committee recommends passage of Ordinance No. 91-b4 dealing with <br />the mileage allowance for City employees. <br />Mr. Nashar, Chairperson of the Streets and Drainage Committee reported: <br />1) Bradley Road will be resurfaced on May 28. <br />4 <br />
