Council Minutes of 5/21/91 Judson Kline represented Stark Enterprises. Revised plans were presented showing the new building relocated as requested, the total renovation of existing buildings, a revised site plan which will include access onto Brookpark Road, increased landscaping, and new signs. Committee also reviewed the traffic study. The proposal was approved by the Planing Commission on April 23; BZA granted several variances on May 1; ARB approved the pion on April 17. Moved to approve with the recocmxmdations of ARB, Plate Coymission, and approval of the grading plan, which includes sidewalks, by the Engineering Department; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. c. BP Oil Company, 29131 Lorain Road, was represented by Richard Wright. The plan calls for exterior renovatic~ to the building and canopy. Planning Commission gave approval on April 9; ARB approved on April 17. Moved to approve with the recamte~~dations of the Planning Commission, ARB, and the BZD request for the grade adjustment a~xl culvert installed per the Eazgineering Dept., and a variance for a durnpster be granted; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. d. Symthe-Cramer Real Estate Building, 28253 Lorain Road, exterior renovation. Plan was approved by ARB on April 17 and Planning Commission on April 23. Loved to approve with the recommeru~ations of Planning Commission; second b3' Mrs. Bahas; passed unanimously. e. Committee approved a drive~up telephone at 2b516 Lorain Road at the Gastown station. Moved to approve the drive-~up telephone, location B, at the Gastown station; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. 2) With regard to the new Zoning Code that will be passed this evening, there are two paragraphs with typogr~tphi.cal errors that were reported on at the Public Hearing. These corrections are to be considered as incorporated into the Code. Mr. Tallon reported: As mandated by Charter revision last year, the Plarn~ing Commission is embarking on a Master Plan for the City of North Olmsted. As Council liaison, will keep Council abreast of progress. Mr. Leonard reported for Mr. O'Grady, Chairperson of the Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee: 1) Moved to approve a liquor permit transfer from Wayne's Bar to Don's; second by Mr. Tallon; passed unanimously. Mr. Leonard, Chairperson of the Transportation Committee reported: 1) The Committee recommends passage of Ordinance No. 91-b4 dealing with the mileage allowance for City employees. Mr. Nashar, Chairperson of the Streets and Drainage Committee reported: 1) Bradley Road will be resurfaced on May 28. 4
