<br />Reso cation No. 92- introduced by Mr. Lind was given its second reading. A
<br />resolution accepting title to 3.38750 acres of real property formerly used as the
<br />recreational area of the Deerfield North Homeowners Association, a~i authorizing
<br />the Law Director to take whatever legal measures are appropriate and r~cessary to
<br />quiet title to said real property in the name of the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Ordinance No. 92-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer.
<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bands in the maximum
<br />aggregate principal amount of $2,364,000 for the purpose of improving certain
<br />designated streets in the city's street system by grading, draining, curbing,
<br />reconstructing the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface and paving, by
<br />constructing, reconstructing and rehabilitating storm sewers, sanitary sewers and
<br />water mains by reconstructing curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons, by acquiring
<br />and installing signals, signs and other equipment and devices to direct and
<br />control traffic and by installing underground wires and cables for street
<br />lighting, all where necessary, together with the necessary appurtenances and work
<br />incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency.

<br />Boulevard, Country Club Boulevard, Victoria Lane and Kermedy Ridge Road between
<br />certain termini by removing the existing pavement, grading, draining, curbing,
<br />preparing the pavement base, paving and constructing and reconstructing storm
<br />sewers and sanitary sewers, where necessary, together with the ~cessary
<br />appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 92-113 was introduced. and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard.
<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum
<br />aggregate principal amount of $1,280,000 to pay costs of renovating, remodeling,
<br />rehabilitating, furnishing,. equipping .and otherwise improving the municipal
<br />recreation center and improving acid equipping its site, and declaring an
<br />emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 92-114 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Beringer.
<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance anti sale of bonds in the maximum
<br />aggregate principal amount of $205,000 to pay costs of acquiring an emergency
<br />rescue vehicle and equipment, including turn out gear, air packs and tanks, radio
<br />equipment, hoses and nozzles, for use in carrying out functions of the Division
<br />of Fire of the Department of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 92-115 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard.
<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum
<br />aggregate principal amount of $103,000 to pay costs of improving the city's
<br />street .system by acquiring and installing signals,. signs and other equipment and
<br />devices to direct and control the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic, and
<br />declaring an emergency.
