<br />Ro st Roa Duane Road by grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing
<br />the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface and paving with concrete,
<br />reconstructing storm sewers, sanitary.sewers, water mains and driveway aprons
<br />where necessary, constructing sid].ks and installing above-ground wires and
<br />cables for street lighting, together with the necessary appurtenances and work
<br />incidental thereto, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 92-117 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Leonard.
<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance anei sale of bonds in the m~xim~m-
<br />aggregate principal amount of $206,(X30 for the purpose of providing funds to pay
<br />costs of the judgment rendered against the City in Civil Action Number C82-30$9
<br />in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern
<br />Division, and losses, damages and expenses related thereto, and. declaring an
<br />emergency.

<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maxi~raam
<br />aggregate principal amount of $4,420,500 for the purpose of improving certain
<br />designated streets in the city's street system by grading, draining., curbing,
<br />reconstructing the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface encl. paving, by
<br />reconstructing and rehabilitating storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water mains,
<br />by constructing and reconstructing curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons, aixl by
<br />installing underground and above-ground wires arxi cables for street lighting, all
<br />where necessary, together with the r~cessary appurtenances and work incidental
<br />thereto, and declaring an emergency.

<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum
<br />aggregate principal amount of $512,000 to pay costs of acquiring motor vehicles
<br />arxl equipment for use in carrying out functions of the Department of Public
<br />Service, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 92-120 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mrs. Saringer.
<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maxim
<br />aggregate principal amount of $103,000 to pay costs of improving the mmicipal
<br />sewerage system by acquiring, constructing and installing storm sewers, storm
<br />water retention basins, storm water drainage control equipment and catch basins,
<br />together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency.

<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maxijnum
<br />aggregate principal amount of $103,000 for the purpose of acquiring a motor
<br />vehicle and related equipment for the Department of Public Service, and declaring
<br />an emergency.

<br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum
<br />aggregate principal amount of $3,370,000 to advance refund all of the outstanding
<br />principal amount of the $3,615,000 bonds dated June 1, 1982, issued for the
<br />purpose of improving the recreational facilities of the city by constructing a
<br />building housing an ice skating rink, swimming pool, tennis courts and
