Mr. Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-70 adopted. Ordinance No. 92-88 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second. reading. An ordinance authorizi.i~g and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Cot~pany to provide engineering services for paving and drainage improvements in the Deerfield subdivision. An ordinance declaring the necessity and intention of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to appropriate certain real property in the city for the purpose of building a new Fire Station. Ordinance No. 92-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned. by the City of North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Public Service and Depart- ment of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency.
