An <br />ordinance amending Chapter 947 of the Codified Ordinances entitled. "Park and <br />Recreation Areas" by adding to Section 947.01 entitled "Rules and Regulations" a <br />new subsection Q entitled "Travelling Public Shows and Carnivals," as amersded. Mr. <br />Leonard moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance No. 92-70 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-88 introduced by Mr. Nashar was given its second. reading. An <br />ordinance authorizi.i~g and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter <br />into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Cot~pany to provide <br />engineering services for paving and drainage improvements in the Deerfield <br />subdivision. <br />Ordinance No. 92-101 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second. reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer and make appropriations-.for current exp~r~sses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted :for .the year ending Dec~nber 31, 1992, <br />as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 92-102 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating new ar~d revised Section 1126.02, 1161.12, and 1161.121 of the <br />North Olmsted Zoning Code relating to commercial lighting structures. <br />Ordinance No. 92-103 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating Chapter 536 of the General Offenses Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted, entitled "Li.ghti.ng Nuisance Control," and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-104 introduced by Mr. Leonard was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 5 of Ordinance Number 92-23 providing for a new salary <br />range for the Office of the Clerk of Council. <br />Ordinance No. 92-107 introduced. by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance declaring the necessity and intention of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />to appropriate certain real property in the city for the purpose of building a new <br />Fire Station. <br />Ordinance No. 92-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. Lind. An <br />ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned. by the City of <br />North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Public Service and Depart- <br />ment of Public Safety, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for suspension <br />of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mr. Nashar; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mr. McKay. An <br />ordinance amending Section 951.01 of the Codified Ordinances, entitled "Use by <br />other Governmental Entities" of Chapter 951, entitled "City Jail", and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of the rules requir-ng three readings; <br />second by Mr. Leonard; motion passed tin~animously.
