Council Minutes of 7/7/92 <br />developer is willing to work with the city on this. The development will have <br />board an board fencing, underground wiring for street lights, the non--dedicated <br />streets will be built to city starxiards, and a .standard sidewalk bond will be <br />posted. The developer will have no problem with culvert piping if this is <br />required by the Engineering Department. The co~mi.ttee had no problems with the <br />proposal. Mrs. Sazinger moved to approve with the rec - tions of ARB, <br />Planning Coamission, and the BZD Committee with the. above mentioned recam<nenda- <br />tions; second by Mr. Lind; motion passed unanimously. <br />d. St. Clarence Church, 30106 Lorain Road, proposal to construct a picnic <br />pavilion on church propErty. Mr. Kaczanarczyk, builder arxi Mr. Zarzycki, <br />architect, presented the proposal. The camaittee had no objections. Mrs. <br />Saringer moved to approve the St. Clarence Church pavilion with the recomn~nda- <br />tions of Planning Coaigni.ssion and the City Forester; second by Mr. Nashar; motion <br />passed tuzanimously. <br />e. Butternut Ridge Apartments, 5618 to 5800 Great Northern Blvd., revised land- <br />scape plan and- sign proposal. This was approved by the Plar~ing Ctiasican and <br />the ARB. Mr. Trevellian, developer from Summit Properties, p~r~s+ented the plans. <br />There will be a 6 foot PVC coaled chain link fence on .the prcrty. The BZD <br />Committee had no objections. Mrs. Beringer moved to approve the landscape plan <br />and sign proposal for the Butternut Ridge .Apartments; second by Mr. Lind; motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />f. Proposal for adrive-up phone at the BP station at Great Northern Blvd. and <br />Lorain Road. The BZD Committee had no objections. Mrs. Saringer moved to <br />approve the drive-up phone; second by 'Mr. Nashar; motion passed unanimously. <br />g. View Point Development plats. Fred Bower and Gary Scatron from Shore West <br />and engineer Ron Bender were present. The plats include tl~ North Olmsted golf <br />Course lot split and assembly plat, the North Olmsted Golf Course 1ar~Ei partition <br />plat; the View Point Development plats for the Vista Homes, and the View Point <br />Development plats for the Golf Homes. It was agreed that. the deed restrictions <br />will be recorded. The BZD Ccmanittee had no objections. This legislation is on <br />first reading tonight. <br />Mr. McKay, Chairperson of the Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee, <br />reported: 1) The committee met on Monday, June 22, to discuss Ordinance 92-74. <br />In attendance were Council Members Saringer, Leonard and McKay. Ordinance 92-74 <br />deals with installing No Pazking signs on the south side of Clifford Drive from <br />Clague Road to the Fairview city line. The committee recommended passage. <br />Mr. Lind, Chairperson of the Finance Committee, reported: 1) The committee met <br />on Wednesday, June 24. In attendance were committee members Leonard and Lind, <br />Council M~nbers Nashar and Musial, Service Director Bohlmann, Safety Director <br />Gundy, Recreation Commissioner Fattlar, and Finance Director Burns. Agenda items <br />were as follows: <br />a. Ordinance 92-61, which had also been. discussed at a previous meeting. This <br />ordinance provides for a free month of building permits. Tt was decided to table <br />the ordinance and re-introduce it earlier next year with a little more advance <br />notice to residents. <br />4 <br />
