Council Minutes of 3/17/92 <br />Mr. Bohlmann stated that the Engineering Department had been out to inspect the <br />landscape repair work that had been done. He agrees that the work dog last year <br />was not done well. The contractor has been presented with a list of homes that <br />need to be repaired. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Or 'nee No. 92-5 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance 91-50 entitled "An ordinance establishing <br />rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel and <br />declaring an emergency as amended" aryl declaring an emergency. Mr. Liryd moved to <br />table the ordinance; second by Mrs. Saringer; motion passed unanimously. Ordinance <br />No. 92-5 tabled. <br />Ordinance No. 92-14 introduced by Mr. Nashar ems given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to amend Section 911.19 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted. Mr. Nashar moved for adoption; second by Mrs. Babas; motion passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance No. 92-14 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-23 introduced by Mr. Lind was given its third reading. An ordinance <br />establishing rates of ccxnpensation for various administrative and legislative <br />personnel and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lind moved for adoption; second by Mrs. <br />Babas; Roll call: Lind, yes.; Babas, yes; Leonard, no; Musial, no; Saringer, yes; <br />McKay, no; Nashar, yes. Motion passed with four affirmative votes and three negative <br />votes. Ordinance No. 92-23 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 92-18 introduced by Mayor Boyle was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter <br />into an agreement with Western Reserve Engineering & Surveying Company to provide <br />engineering services far the rehabilitation of Maria Lane and Rosita Lane, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 92-21 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the organization and composition of the non-uniform, part-time <br />personnel of the Police Department and declaring an urgency. Mr. McKay moved for <br />suspension of the rules requiring three readings; second by Mrs. Saringer.
