Council Minutes of 12-07-2010 <br />prepared for winter travel with the amendment. Roll Call continued: Kearney, no; <br />Orlowski, no. Ordinance 2010-146 adopted 5-2. <br />Resolution 2010-148 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2011, all money due and owing said city from any <br />collection source. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rule requiring three <br />readings. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Jones and passed unanimously. <br />Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman <br />Jones and passed unanimously. Resolution 2010-148 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2010-150 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and the entire City Council was <br />given its second reading. An Ordinance to revise the Codified Ordinances by adopting <br />current replacement pages, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2010-153 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance dispensing with a formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br />a contract with Hazen and Sawyer, P.C. to provide continued engineering design and <br />other related professional services to the City of North Olmsted in connection with <br />proposed improvements to the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collections System, and <br />declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker made a motion to suspend the rule <br />requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Jones and passed <br />unanimously. Councilman Barker moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilwoman Jones and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2010-153 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2010-147 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2011. <br />Ordinance 2010-155 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2010. <br />Resolution 2010-156 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy on <br />behalf of himself, the Council President and entire City Council. A Resolution accepting <br />the donation of radios and related equipment from the City of Westlake for use in various <br />vehicles within the Division of Fire. Councilman Mahoney made a motion to suspend <br />the rule requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman <br />Williamson and passed unanimously. Councilman Mahoney moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. <br />Resolution 2010-156 adopted. <br />Resolution 2010-157 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into aone-year renewal contract with TAC <br />Computer Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware <br />and software in the North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />9 <br />i <br />
