~"
Marie Gallo
From: Cody Eaton [cody@galeswestlake.com]
Sent: Monday, September 20, 2010 4:58 PM
To: gallom@north-olmsted.com
Subject: To All Members of Ciry Council
To All Members of the North Olmsted City Council:

First, I would like these letter to be read and entered into the record. I am hoping that with
time and dialogue that each of you is reconsidering the breeding restrictions as proposed
for the City of North Olmsted. I urge you to think about the breeders who already own
homes and pay taxes in your city. Do not force them to consider moving out of your city by
passing this type of ordinance.
I hope you do not pass an ordinance based on one case, but instead look at each of the
breeders individually. Please, do not punish people who have never had any type of
violation, just because they live in your city. I have many good friends that are dog
breeders and every breeder I know is considerate of their neighbors, takes very good care
of their dogs and very good care of their yards. As dog owners they care about their
animals and want them to live in a clean, healthy atmosphere both inside and outside of
their home.
I urge you to please vote no on this ordinance. Please allow people the right to seek
happiness and provide happiness by letting them do what they love. Thank you for your
time.
Sincerely,
Aleasha Eaton
Westlake, Ohio
9/21 /2010
