He also pointed out <br />that this is acomplaint-driven Ordinance. <br />Dennis Lambert, 25057 Carey Lane said he knows Mrs. Schiely and they have purchased <br />two dogs from her in the past. She has fine dogs, and everything she said is true - it is a <br />hobby. On behalf of this Council, he has never known anyone to be on a witch hunt in <br />this community. They generally react to problems. If you keep it clean, you probably <br />won't have a problem. Legislation has to be put into place to deal with people that do <br />have problems. <br />LEGISLATION <br />Ordinance 2010-97 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and Councilman Orlowski was given <br />its third reading. An Ordinance amending Section 351.03 of the Traffic Code entitled <br />"Prohibited Standing or Parking Places" in order to identify no parking zones on dead <br />end streets and further to authorize the installation and enforcement of uniform "No <br />Parking" signs accordingly, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Orlowski moved <br />for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Jones and passed <br />unanimously. Ordinance 2010-97 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2010-98 introduced by Councilman Orlowski and Mayor Kennedy was given <br />its third reading. An Ordinance amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North <br />Olmsted to provide for the installation and enforcement of an "Authorized Vehicle <br />Parking Only" sign at the westerly terminus of Kennedy Ridge Road, upon entering from <br />Columbia Road, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Orlowski moved for <br />adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. <br />Ordinance 2010-98 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2010-99 introduced by Councilwoman Jones was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance amending Section 533.16 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, entitled <br />"Registered Offenders -Local Regulations," in order to prohibit more than one unrelated <br />registered sex offender from residing within a residential structure, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilwoman Jones moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Orlowski and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2010-99 adopted. <br />Ordinance 2010-105 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and Councilman Barker was given <br />its second reading. An Ordinance amending Chapter 177 of the Administrative Code <br />entitled "Community Access" in order to establish nonpublic forums permitting <br />community organizations to access City display cases and public lawn areas for the <br />purpose of positively promoting the welfare and development of North Olmsted, and <br />further enacting provisions for regulating the nonpublic forums, as amended. <br />9 <br />
